Buy a disco or RRC one for $50-120 and swap the top of the case.

roverguy

roverdude

paul grant

all often have them

If you have more money than sense, for $200 shipped, you can have mine.

Thanks brother for the advice. It all started with my son washing it with a vent open and ended with me towing it.

This reminds me I need to relocate mine...not necessarily for car washes, though that would be a good side benefit.

I think anything to get it elevated...I know jefhuf and cgalpin relocated theirs, but for some reason the exact place is escaping me. Or you could be like Justin from L8 and I think he has a quick-release cover with velcro holding it on (for when he inevitably heads for the deep water....).

This is where my ECU lives and the second pic is of the SafariDust footwell fitted back in place. I made the side panels myself but all in all, I like the setup and you can see the water marks on the side panel so I am glad my ECU doesn't live there anymore!
