1988 Porsche 911 for 5 door 110?

I sold my '87 90 a few months ago and am missing it. I'm toying with selling my trusty 911 to get into a 5 door 110 with some cash left over. I know I'll miss the 911 but with a wife, 5 year old, and 2 dogs, the land rover is a more family oriented toy.
If anybody is interested in trading a 5 door 110 and some cash for a cool 911 get in touch.
I'd also trade even on a land rover and a sports car of some sort.
Here is a link to my for sale ad over on Pelican.

I can't believe the price of 911s now. Sold mine WAY too early.

Hope it works out!

The air cooled 911 market has shot up over the past few years. It has softened a bit in the last 6 months or so though. I used to say that I'd never get rid of this one because I would be priced out by the time I decided I wanted another one.

Scottyoh - Glad you like the original wheels. They are actually polished aluminum.

In '87 they went from a 915 transmission with cable actuated clutch to a G50 transmission with hydraulics. The G50 is a more modern synchronized transmission and shifts better and is usually favored by the 911 crowd. That's the biggest thing that makes the '87-'89 cars a bit more desirable.
